By using EasyBuy you agree to these terms. Please read them; they describe how buying, selling, payment, and returns work on the platform.
Using EasyBuy
You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
EasyBuy is a marketplace backed by Khurasan University. We provide the platform and mediation; sellers are responsible for the products they list.
Sellers and inspection
Sellers are reviewed before approval and are placed into tiers based on their verification and track record. Approval and tier status can change if a seller does not meet our standards.
Listing a product does not guarantee it stays available; sellers and administrators may remove listings that break our rules.
Orders and payment
When you place an order you agree to pay the total shown at checkout using your chosen method: cash on delivery, HesabPay, bank transfer, or card (Visa / Mastercard).
Prices are shown in Afghanis (AFN). An order is a request to buy; it is confirmed once accepted and, where applicable, once payment is verified.
Returns and refunds
You may request a return from your account after delivery, giving a reason. An administrator reviews and mediates the request between you and the seller.
If a return is approved, any refund is issued according to the outcome of that mediation and the payment method you used.
Limits and changes
EasyBuy is provided as-is while we continue to improve it. We are not liable for a seller's independent conduct beyond the mediation and protections we offer.
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
