About EasyBuy
EasyBuy is an online marketplace backed by Khurasan University, built to give buyers across Afghanistan a safer, more trustworthy way to shop online.
Who we are
EasyBuy is operated with the support of Khurasan University through its [UNIVERSITY_DEPARTMENT]. The university's involvement means the platform is run to an academic and community standard, not purely for profit, with a focus on protecting the people who buy and sell on it.
Our goal is simple: connect local sellers with local buyers, and stand behind every transaction so that shopping online feels as reliable as buying from a shop you already trust.
How sellers join
Sellers do not appear on EasyBuy automatically. Every seller applies, submits identity and business documents, and is reviewed before being approved to list products. This inspection step is designed to keep known bad actors off the platform.
Sellers are organized into tiers based on their track record and the checks they have passed. Higher tiers reflect a longer, cleaner history of fulfilling orders and resolving issues fairly. Tiers help buyers understand who they are dealing with.
How you can pay
We support the payment methods people in Afghanistan actually use: cash on delivery (COD), HesabPay, direct bank transfer, and card payments (Visa / Mastercard). You choose what works for you at checkout.
Cash on delivery lets you pay only once the order reaches you, which many buyers prefer for their first purchases.
Returns and buyer protection
If something is wrong with your order, you can request a return from your account. An administrator reviews and mediates each request between you and the seller, rather than leaving you to argue with the seller alone.
This mediation model is a core reason EasyBuy exists: a neutral party stands between buyer and seller so disputes are handled fairly.
